my majestic palm loses its members. what is wrong? I planted in a pot facing south. sun does INTHE

I put in a large pot of the new potting soil. I lost several members, they continue to turn Brown and I have to cut them. the conservatory has coverage from wind and sun. soon I'll lose the whole plant if I did not find whats wrong.

I had a similar thing happens my hand is that I was overwatering the plant, which turned brown and caused parties to dye back. I took the plant from its pot and replaced the soil with a good mixture of earth and gravel, stop watering a lot and is now back to life. However a process has been very slow, took about a year to take effect. Tip for a good palm is good drainage, does not let the roots sit in water, they rot. Good chance.
