Crown Devon Pottery. I have a plaque in the shape of a cabbage leaf with a brown rabbit on it?

it's about 9 "(22cm) diameter. It says made in england, Crown Devon and the number 532 is engraved on it. I've never seen before and want to know if someone knows something, is it rare? I do not think it is particularly old.
