I need to know who the top four [4] to serve cheese on a cheese platter?

It depends on your tastes. Usually I serve hard cheddar, a camembert or brie, or to taste sweeter choose Castello (those with herbs is Nice) – (you can find it in the where the cheese at Coles) – a Gouda or Edam and exotic as Roquefort or other blue cheese type. Most places let you try the cheeses before you buy. I serve as water, crackers, nuts, dried fruits such as apricots, pickled onions and anything else you want to serve with it. Hope this helps!
