Hand paint ceramic tiles?

I want to hand paint ceramic tile cement, then on a bench at the door. But I no idea what I need, what to do and where to get materials. What is the temperature of the need to be oven for baking tiles?

You can buy supplies in some craft stores (supplies ceramist) and some tile dealers. It is possible to obtain a "cookie" is unglazed tiles which you design and decorate with enamel and then fire. It's somewhat difficult, or you need your furnace or access to one. The best idea would be to enroll in a course for adults to learn the techniques, they can then organize supplies and firing, plus show you how it is done correctly. Could be a lot of fun.
